Thomas Masterson is the senior trial attorney at Lundy Law who concentrates his practice in the areas of catastrophic injury and complex personal injury cases. He has won numerous multimillion dollar verdicts and settlements including:$10 million for a construction worker who fell through a roof sustaining brain and spinal cord injuries; $3.1 million for a women who suffered a brain injury after being thrown from a courtesy cart at the airport; $3 million for a motorist who suffered a spinal cord injury in a construction zone accident on 1-95; $3 million for a man whose leg was amputated after it was crushed in a workplace accident; $2.5 million for the family of a motorist killed by a tractor trailer; $1 million for a construction worker who suffered serious burns. Mr. Masterson has successfully litigated cases throughout the United States including Arizona, California, Delaware, Maryland, Florida, Ohio, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma and Texas. He is a graduate of Boston College, magna cum laude and Villanova Law School. He holds a Master of Law degree in trial advocacy from Temple University Law School, where he is a former master of the Temple Inn of Court. He is currently the commissioner of Radnor Township.
